Eldership

At the Bridge, we view our leaders as more than a "board" who lead in a business sense. We look for wise and mature followers of Jesus who take their faith journey seriously, have a working understanding of the Biblical narrative and faith traditions of the orthodox Christian Church. We look for people who live lives dedicated to Jesus as Lord and who can serve as examples for others to follow. While involved in the daily ministry, our elders serve by being in tune with what God is doing in our church and in our community. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they help direct the vision and mission of our local faith community.
