
Joshua Cooper
Senior Pastor
Josh has been the pastor and lead teacher of the Bridge since it’s launch in September of 2006. He served for six years as a youth pastor and three years serving in direct ministry at Youth for Christ, as well as seven years as the executive director at Youth for Christ, all in his hometown of Muncie. Josh graduated from Taylor University in 2003 with degrees in Christian Education and Biblical Literature. He has been married to Jill since 2006 and they are proud parents of Lena and Beau. Josh is an adoption advocate and animal lover. He enjoys theology and history books, rock ‘n’ roll, and a good pair of house slippers.

Kelly Smith
Bridge Kids Pastor
Kelly has been serving as the Bridge Kids pastor since September 2021. Her husband Carl, is also on the leadership team and they have two wonderful kiddos, Finley and Freddy. Kelly has a lot of experience working with kids as she has been employed by a local daycare for many years. She has a big heart for Jesus and passionately lives out her faith.

Carl Smith
Discipleship Pastor
Carl and his wife Kelly have attended the Bridge since 2014. Carl completed his degree at Johnson University where he majored in the Bible, Counseling, and Psychology, as well as a focus in U.S. history. Carl leads the Bridge's biweekly bible study as well as a discipleship program called "Forward". He is a lover of the outdoors, music and playing at home with his wife and kids.

Allison Inman
Youth Pastor
Allison currently works at Youth for Christ as the Cowan Junior and Senior High Campus Life director. Her and her husband Christopher have been married since 2007, and they have two kids, Taylor and Lucas. Allison enjoys mentoring our youth as they grow closer to each other and God, together.

Keith Willis
Interim Worship Director
Keith, his wife Amanda, and two children recently moved back to the Muncie area. Keith works as the Yorktown Campus Life director for Youth for Christ and has a lot of experience leading worship at different churches. He is excited to fill in for the Bridge on an interim basis and to lead us to a deeper intimacy with God through the gift of music.

Marita Edwards
Connections Director
Marita holds education degrees from Ball State University and is semi-retired after teaching middle school language arts, as well as English Composition, Children's Literature, and language arts methods classes at Ball State. She still serves as an academic advisor during freshman orientation. Marita enjoys serving and connecting with others at the Bridge. She and her husband Dan have two grown sons, four granddaughters, and one grandson. They cherish their time with their family as well as vacationing in Aruba.

Sarah Stults
Care Team Director
Sarah has been attending the Bridge for over 5 years with her husband Mike and two children, Julia and Jonah. Sarah is a graduate of Ball State University and has been a social worker in the community for 16 years. Sarah is also a member of the Children's Ministry Core Team. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two adopted dogs.

Zac & Cara Bow
Community Outreach Directors
Zac and Cara are Muncie natives and have been attending the Bridge since 2014. Zac has degrees in Information Systems from Ball State University and Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University and has worked in various capacities within both fields. Cara has a degree in graphic design and has worked at multiple marketing agencies as a Designer and Art Director. Zac and Cara are both active in the Muncie community and spend a lot of their time serving on boards, volunteering, and supporting local events and businesses. They are excited to partner together to help facilitate Kingdom building opportunities for the Bridge within the Muncie community. In her free time, Cara enjoys painting, eating, coffee, traveling, and admiring and arranging flowers. In his free time, Zac loves a good cup of coffee, overeating with his wife, traveling to interesting cities and places, petting his dog, collecting local history ephemera, and researching and writing about the history of Muncie.
