Repurposing Our Pain

**Scripture:** Luke 19:28-44, 1 Samuel 17
On Palm Sunday we reflect on Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem for the final week of his life before his crucifixion. Today, we will compare this story to another very well known story from our Old Testament, David and Goliath. What do these stories have in common? There is a similar theme we can see if we look hard enough, and that theme has to do with our pain, and the purpose it serves.
